Compact Power Quality AnalyzersThose devices are a class S power monitoring devices according to the international standard IEC 61000-4-30, ed. 2. The more advanced SMPQ can also evaluate and archive power quality data according to EN 50160 standard. An important part of this compact platform is an embedded four quadrant electricity meter. Devices offer wide variety of input-output and communication options. By default every device has an USB connector, optionally also RS232, RS485and Ethernet can be used. For more complex application where interactions with other devices is desirable the outputs can be flexibly programmed to relay or pulse outputs of various quantities. A temperature or another analog quantity can be measured from external input.
SMV – The Standard Solution for Precise Energy Management SMV panel meter and data logger represents the base solution in this high-end class of compact panel meters. All parameters and measured quantities are common with the SMP device and the most significant difference is the LED display. In a certain application its contrast and mechanical robustness is an advantage. This display option provides values of actually measured data with recorded average, maximum and minimum values, electricity meter readings and actual time. Basic setup and configuration is also possible through the set of parameters. All the other information, archived data and all advanced configuration options can be accessed in the supplied management software over communication interfaces. SMP - The Universal Power Quality Analyzer SMP devices are all-purpose compact panel meters with uncompromisable list of measured quantities. Device has back-lit high resolution LCD graphic display to immediately check all actual and average values, week and day trends (graphs), phasors, harmonic and inter-harmonic diagrams, actual wave-shapes, actual, last month and total electricity meter readings, archive statuses and many other relevant information. The device provides menu for a user-friendly navigation with easy access to most of the configuration options and parameters. To protect data and infrastructure against unauthorized manipulation a two-level administrator lock mechanism is also implemented.Optionally the SMP devices can also record voltage events (dips, swells) as defined in DIN EN 50160. SMPQ - The Advanced Power Quality Analyzer SMPQ is the most advanced device in this category. It continuously evaluates power quality according to DIN EN 50160. Additionally included are short and long-term flicker severity indexes according to IEC 61000-4-15 and harmonic emissions measured up to 50th harmonic and inter-harmonic subgroups as defined in IEC 61000-4-7. The device has improved precision of power and energy evaluation and by default it is equipped with an evaluation of voltage events. Software:ENVIS Application enables basic configuration, data acquisition and analysis on a connected PC. In its basic version which includes all the standard functions it is available for download free of charge (for all supported instruments). Flexible Current Probe (Flex, Rogovski) B3000 and B1000 are supported with option F a nd CA of the analyser | Flexible Current Sensors (Rogovski)The A3000/1000-JRF and the B3000/1000-JRF flexible current sensors can be used with the appropriate instruments to measure currents in low voltage grids. Sensors are equipped with signal amplifiers and a four-position range switch built into the sensor cable. Maximum current range is 3000 or 1000 Amps AC. The sensor/amplifier is powered from the connected instrument. Sensors are terminated with plastic four pole “Hypertac“ connector as a standard product (other connectors are available upon request). The type "A" sensors serve for older instrument models (SIMON 341 FLEX a SIMON 341 PLUS). The type "B" sensors have lower supply and output voltages and are designed for new SIMON PQ and BRAVO portable analyzers and -F and -CA option SMV/SMP/SMPQ panel meters.
