New line of PFC with enhanced sensitivity, 6/14 outputs NOVAR 1xxx-line power factor controllers are fully automatic instruments designated for optimal compensation of reactive power. They are suitable for PFC application which requires precise control even under low load. These new products are compatible (in terms of wiring) with previos NOVAR 1xx devices.

Communication OptionsAll types of power factor controller include an option al, galvanically isolated communication line - either RS232 or RS485. It enables remote monitoring of all the measured values, state and also perform configuration of the device. For communication with the device there are two similar protocols available - MODBUS and KMB. Both protocols are documented and publicly available. Software for data acquisition and processing is also available.
