For fast compensation, improved sensitivity, 12+2 outputs NOVAR 1312 reactive power controller (governor, PFC) is designed for compensation systems where conventional governors with relay outputs to control circuit breakers do not meet special requirements. Simple, fully autonomous budgetary PFC NOVAR 1005 and 1007 power factor controllers are enhanced successors of very popular budgetary NOVAR 5 controller. These models are primarily intended for smaller and less demanding application. In compare with the NOVAR 5 their current sensitivity was increased. The NOVAR 1005 controller is fully backward compatible with the NOVAR 5 model. Furthermore, the NOVAR 1007 has 8 output relays. The controllers are also available in DIN-rail-mount version as Novar1005D/1007D.

Three-phase PFC,14 outputs
NOVAR 1414 power factor controller is designed for applications with great or variable load unbalance. It measures currents of all three phases and evaluates three-phase power factor which value is used for the control. The design is based on the NOVAR 1214 model - the two additional current inputs is the only significant difference. |

Thyristor switching modules Thyristor switching modules of the KATKA line have been designed especially for switching power factor correction capacitors in rapid reactive power compensation (up to 20 control interventions in one second) in conjunction with fast power factor controllers of the NOVAR line. They can be also used in other applications where contact-less load switching is required. |

Replacement for RQ5 Novar 5 RQ power factor controller is a direct replacement for older type of PFC from ZEZ Horice. Replacing is straightforward as NOVAR 5 RQ is mechanically fully compatible with RQ5.
